TRADE TERMS:
Usually EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF is acceptable, other terms are negotiable

PAYMEMT TERMS:
Sample order (Value amount less than USD10,000): Western Union ,Ali Escrow or others way whick do you like. For over amount over 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance T/T before shipping.
Bulk order with big amount of 1,000,000 dollars, L/C is accepted and negotiable.

SAMPLE ORDER:
We accept sample order for testing.

Minimum order quantity (MOQ):
Commonly at least 50-100pcs be appceted for trial order.

LEAD TIME:
Usually, our lead time is 5-7 workdays for ordinary order.

Drop shpping is acceptable:
We can send the goods to your client directly,the package are neutral packing.

QC & QA:
Our professional QC check the materials,products strictly.and our QA offer the full inspection of goods before shipment to assure everything is ok.

PACKING:
Export standard packing or according to the buyer’s requirement.

WARRANTY:
1) Warranty time: 2-3 years
2) Products returned within the warranty period must been LEDOEM products .Products of unknown sources or without valid working will not be accepted.
3) Saving way:If part of led light was un-working, and the parts are easy to replace by maintenance technician, we will send parts to you to replace. for example led chip and led driver. High cost way: Customer need to pay shipping for return to us, otherwise, we will pay the shipping cost for sending back to customers after exchange or repair.
